March 9-10 Audi FIS Ski World Cup
On March 9-10, 2024, the elite alpine competitions for women take place in Åre as part of the AUDI FIS SKI WORLD CUP. The world's best female skiers compete in slalom and giant slalom at Sweden's alpine national arena. Enjoy intense competition moments on the slopes or create a fantastic atmosphere in the finish area, where local food and drinks are served. The Åre World Cup has a long history, and the upcoming event will be the 110th in the series, featuring exciting moments like Mikaela Shiffrin's record from 2023.

March 15-17 All Mountain Masters
All Mountain Masters is a competition format for children and youth who love park and freeriding. The events, including Freeride and Slopestyle, target participants aged 7-16 with skis and snowboards. Organized by Åre Slalomklubb Freestyle and coached by ski profiles such as Henrik Windstedt, Sverre Liliequist, and David Kantermo, it promises a weekend filled with joy, community, and freeride experiences for the whole family.

March 29-30 This Is Timmerstugan
Timmerstugan's Easter celebration is here! This is Timmerstugan, the first festival and the biggest après-ski of the year, offers a weekend filled with an outdoor party and well-known and unknown DJs at the foot of the mountain. Previous lineups included artists like Tjuvjakt, Nause, Dadalife, R3HAB, and Kungs.

March 31 Red Bull Homerun
Red Bull Homerun is pure madness from start to finish. It begins with a mass start and running to your skis or snowboard, followed by a daring downhill run on the entire Åreskutan. The finish is outside Timmerstugan and concludes with the season's best après-ski party.

April 6 Åreskutan Skimo
Åreskutan Skimo, the skiing and mountaineering competition for everyone, whether experienced in Skimo or a beginner on ski tours. Starting in Huså and finishing in Åre, it provides a holistic experience of Åreskutan, including skiing down blue slopes to the National Arena in Åre. The day ends with an award ceremony and après-ski at Grädda.

April 10-12 Åre Business Forum
Åre Business Forum: Åre Business Forum is the Nordic counterpart to the World Economic Forum in Davos and is Sweden's premier meeting place for business, investments, and networking. Here, you meet leading entrepreneurs, prominent companies, owners, corporate leaders, national players, growth companies, and distinguished politicians.

April 11-13 Rix FM I fjällen
Rix FM In the Mountains: Join RIX FM in Åre for packed days with Laila and Roger broadcasting RIX MorronZoo live on-site. The weekend offers skiing and top-class music entertainment from artists.

April 19-20 Skutskjutet
In Åre, the theme of the weekend is speed with the downhill race Skutskjutet on Saturday, April 20. Be the fastest down the 1.6-kilometer course to Rödkullen. Skutskjutet is a folk festival with 21 classes, open to everyone from 3 years and up. The chance to win an Audi A1 awaits all finishers, followed by outdoor après-ski on Saturday evening.

April 25-28 Åre Sessions
Åre Sessions is a festival where music and ski culture meet in a beautiful environment. Started in 2017, it is part of Åre's season-ending weekend. The festival offers concerts at various locations in Åre, from ski slopes to the Holiday Club arena, featuring Nordic artists like The Hives and Veronica Maggio. Besides music, the festival includes activities such as yoga and ski tours, and your SkiPass serves as your ticket.

April 25-26 Red Bull Unrailistic
In 2024, the world's best skiers return to Åre for a competition on the most unrealistic rail arena ever, inspired by Jesper Tjäder's exciting rail features but larger and more innovative. A tribute to innovation, imagination, and creativity on skis – don't miss this!

April 27 Trilleturen
Experience a mountain adventure with spring skiing over the mountains from Trillevallen to Edsåsdalen. Bring your best friend, colleagues, family, or come alone for a great community where you are served mountain pancakes and drinks at Lyckans läger, followed by a cozy après-ski with food at the finish line in Edsåsdalen. The organizers suggest registering a whole team that races and celebrates together!
